The chef uses a syringe and sweet pink syrup to inject the brightly-coloured petals into the transparent base.
She then uses other colours inserted into the base to make leaves and smaller blooms to complete the dessert.
Baker Sunsanee Puangyord said: ‘Making them is as enjoyable as looking at the finished product. I hope I was able to make my customers happy with my creations.'
Sunsanee recorded her unique method at her home in Rayong province, Thailand, on October 4.
