Visitors have been left stranded inside Shanghai Disneyland after the park closed indefinitely on Halloween (October 31).

The park announced that visitors inside the park will be unable to leave without providing a negative COVID-19 test result.

Video filmed at 11:47 am on October 31 shows visitors lining up to do the tests and police officers holding their hands to stop people from exiting or entering the park.

According to reports, anyone who had visited the park since October 27 would need to test for COVID-19 three times in three days.

Rides continued to be operated for visitors who got stuck in the park on Monday (October 31).

China has continued to take extreme measures to cut any possibility of COVID-19 transmission because of the zero-Covid policy in the country.

The video was provided by local media with permission.
