A lucky rider regained balance when tailing car hit him from behind on a highway in Thailand.

Dashcam footage shows the man on a two-wheeler almost crashing when a sedan nudged his vehicle in Samut Prakan province on October 16.

The motorbike wobbled with the rider raising his feet for balance before speeding away, miraculously unhurt.

Onlooker Nonthachat Oone who was driving behind the motorcyle said: ‘We were waiting for the red light. When it was time to go both the driver and rider sped across.

‘But the driver of the car caught up with the motorcycle and hit him from behind. I think they're both drunk.

'The rider was very lucky though. He could have crashed and hurt himself because he was fast.'

No one was hurt from the incident and the rider disappeared to an alley at the end of the highway.
