The driver of this Toyota MR2 Classic car paid for an educational course for close passing a cyclist on Moor Road Ilkley West Yorkshire.
I run a camera on my bicycle and report all drivers who close pass, left hook, pull out on me or threaten me with violence while riding on the roads of Yorkshire. West Yorkshire Police have a great online submissions portal on their OpSnap website for uploading videos of illegal driving in their area. Drivers who haven't had a conviction in the last 3 years are given the option of paying for an Educational Course, other receive a conditional offer of points and a fine or the driver can opt to go to court if they dispute the charge.
