A woman was caught on camera crawling through a train carriage in eastern China.

Bizarre video filmed in the city of Hangzhou in Zhejiang Province on November 2 shows a woman crawling on the floor in a busy train carriage.

According to reports, the woman said her action was performance art.

A man and a woman reportedly followed the woman to film her as well.

The metro operating company attempted to stop the woman as well as called the police.

Finally, the three people got off the train.
