Panic in India as leopard climbs building, runs wildly across town and attacks residents
Residents panicked after a leopard entered the town of Krishnarajanagara, India's Karnataka, on November 4, running wildly and attacking locals.
The footage shows the ferocious leopard trying to climb a building. After failing to do so, it runs towards the road and collides with a bike.
The video features images of the rider falling on the road, and the animal ramming into a man who falls to the ground before disappearing into the bushes.
Luckily, the forest department managed to capture and rescue the animal with the help of a big net.
The video was published with the permission of M R Rashmi, Range Forest Officer (RFO), Mysuru, Karnataka.
