Today (November 5) residents, curious people, and tourists have gathered at the Pushkar fair festival for the annual mustache competition. This event takes place each year in November on the banks of Pushkar lake.

The footage shows participants walking and performing on stage. The 2022 competition has seen men with a meter-long strip of hair showing off their hair. People can be seen laughing and taking pictures with the coolest participants.

17 men from across India have joined the competition this year to be awarded as the person with the biggest, coolest, or longest mustache.
Ram Singh Purohit from Pali won the 2022 edition.

On November 5 huge crowd , local and foreigner gathered at Annual Pushkar fair festival to witness annual battle of moustaches .
During this moustache competition men from across India gather here to compete each other to see who has the greatest facial hair , this time 17 participants took part in the competition.
This competition happened for around one hour , during this participants ramp walked and show off their incredible moustaches . Some of the competitors had metre long moustaches, many tourist can be seen taking it in their hands and posing for photos .
Ram Singh purohit from Pali won this competition and got 3000 rs cash as a prize money
The pushkar fair is held every year in the month of November on the banks of pushkar lake . It's held at the time of the full moon ( Kartik Purnima)
