An unusual performance was shown in Kaluga at the local Philharmonic.

Somewhere in the middle of an hour and a half performance in the auditorium, a command was heard: “We are working!” and military men armed with machine guns with symbols of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, screaming intimidatingly, ran between the rows, taking two people from the audience with them to the stage. They put the man on his knees and put a black bag over his head, and the woman was taken backstage and “shot.” "Polite People" is a musical, during which footage of the battles in the Donbass is shown on the big screen.



The performance was staged by producer and screenwriter Roman Razum.

“Polite People” is an immersive performance, that is, a production in which they try to “immerse” the viewer in the unfolding action. Such a theater differs from the traditional one in that it removes the stage and immerses the audience directly into the play of the actors of the play.
