Burst water pipe spouts 40ft fountain
Footage of a "40-50ft" fountain caused by a burst water main on a Leicestershire residential street.
According to the uploader, the jet burst from the ground in Market Harborough between 3.30am and 8.30am.
It happened on September 8.
