A motorist was killed after a head-on collision with a wall in the 2100 block of South San Jacinto Avenue, California.

Footage from November 13 shows firefighters inspecting the scene as well as police officer condoning the area off.

Firefighters initiated a physical extrication and called for a Mercy Air medical helicopter but cancelled the chopper after declaring the driver deceased at the scene.

The cause of the collision is unknown.

SAN JACINTO - On 11/13/2022 at about 2:30 am, Cal Fire responded to reports of a solo vehicle traffic collision in the 2100 block of S San Jacinto Ave.

Arriving crews located a solo silver sedan that collided head on into a small stone wall, part of a city sign on the center median of San Jacinto Ave in front of the San Jacinto Unified School District administrative services building.

The cause of the collision is unknown and under investigation. It's unknown if acohol or drugs were a factor in the crash.
