This is the moment patients and staff ran away as a magnitude 4.8 quake rocked a clinic in the Philippines.

CCTV footage shows the tremors hitting the health centre in Anini-y town in Antique province on November 11.

The brief quake sent the locals fleeing onto the street while vehicles and nearby houses shook with its force.

The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) said the earthquake struck at 7:16 am local time, 13 kilometres southwest of Anini-y at a depth of 20 kilometres.

No injuries or casualties were reported, but the local disaster management office said the quake had caused cracks along a century-old church in the town.

The Philippines is an archipelago of more than 7,000 islands inside the Pacific 'Ring of Fire' where the majority of Earth's volcano eruptions and earthquakes happen.
