A family's house has become a local tourist attraction after they covered it in stunning Christmas lights.

The family lined their white modern home with bright lights and giant figurines in Quezon province, the Philippines, at the start of October - three months before the festive season.

Dozens of toy soldiers are also seen standing guard around the home with a welcoming Santa Claus statue near the entrance.

Bright reindeer-shaped lights cover the roof as well as an illuminated Eiffel Tower replica.

Impresses neighbour Karlos Juacalla said: ‘They put in so much effort every year that people from other towns come here to appreciate their home. That house is the brightest here every holiday season.'
