CCTV footage shows one year old escaping kindergarten and into Russian streets
An incredible level of negligence was demonstrated by the employees of a private kindergarten in Kirov, Russia on November 12 when a one-year-old escaped to a street in only diapers.
Thanks to a delivery worker passing by, the baby escaped trouble.
The incident took place in a private garden located on Chapaev Street. The baby, left unattended by adults, left the kindergarten without clothes and shoes.
The footage shows how the girl, who moves with difficulty, goes barefoot onto the road. A courier on a bicycle passing by noticed and stopped. The girl approached him and began to show him something, after which the young man takes the child in his arms and brings it into the room.
An ambulance arrived at the scene within half an hour. It turned out that the employees of the kindergarten did not even notice the child's disappearance. Although she was gone for more than an hour, the staff did not even begin to look for the girl.
Everything is fine with the girl now, according to reports. She is recovering from the incident, and her parents have been found. And local residents are doing everything possible to punish the guilty kindergarten and plan to attract law enforcement officers to initiate a case for negligence and leaving the child in danger.
