PR1MA Residensi Rantau housing project in Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia

The PR1MA Rantau housing project located in Bandar Ekar, Rantau, Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia which has been facing late completion issues since 2019 is expected to complete its construction in March 2023.
Member of the Rantau State Legislative Assembly (ADUN), Datuk Seri Mohamad Hasan said, as a result of reports and information provided by the developer and contractor, the overall progress of the project has now reached 80.96 percent.
He explained that the latest development certainly relieved the buyers of the housing project who were facing various difficulties after it failed to be completed on the due date.
"I am confident that the progress is now 80.96 percent, as mentioned by the consultant representing PR1MA and the contractor, the road is being built, the water tank is also ready. The progress includes infrastructure, I am sure this house will be ready in March or April (2023)," he said.
He said this while speaking at a meeting with buyers of the PR1MA Residensi Rantau housing project near Rantau, here.
