This is the amusing moment a gym-goer who was annoying his friends with a swing suffered a dose of 'instant karma' when the cable snapped.

Dennis Tayag was dangling on the equipment to play around with his work-out companions at the fitness centre in Central Luzon, the Philippines, on October 30.

However, the swing broke and he fell face-first on the gym mat.

Footage shows Dennis disrupting his friends taking selfies before he plunged down the floor.

He said: ‘We are always fooling around like that but the cable snapped which was unexpected.'

Dennis added the fall was not painful because there was a rubber mat.

He said: ‘I fell on the rubber mat, so all is fine. They just laughed at me because I was the one who was annoying them.'
