The problem arises when said woman, Maria Faroga decides to do a squat while holding a heavy barbell.
She lowers her hips just fine but doesn't find the strength to get back up and gets overpowered by the weight of the barbell.
"I was going down for a squat, almost got it up but didn't, and I failed and fell over in a comedic way," said Maria.
