Magnitude 5.6 earthquake hits western Indonesia

A magnitude 5.6 earthquake hit Cianjur, a town, and district in the West Java province of Indonesia, today (November 21).

The footage shows the situation in the town, with rubbles and children crying.

According to the Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG), the quake was located at 6.84 latitude, 107.05 east longitude or 10 kilometers southwest of Cianjur Regency, West Java.

Local sources said that several houses have been damaged.

A resident of Kandangsapi Village named Munawar said to the filmer that "the roof tiles are falling".
