This is the heartwarming moment a sweet grandson helped to take care of his 98-year-old grandmother in an adorable video.

Footage shows Philipp Ines, 31, combing his granny's hair and making her laugh with his jokes in Northern Mindanao, the Philippines on November 15.

Philipp then gave the old woman a kiss on the cheek, to which the granny responded with a joke: ‘Why are you kissing me sweet boy?'

His girlfriend Charmaine Parrenas said the young lad grew up with the old woman around and have always been close.

Charmaine said: ‘My boyfriend and his grandmother are very close. When he was young, she helped take care of him.

‘Now she is old, my boyfriend gives back her kindness when he was young.'
