Chinese artist creates impressive snow-themed paintings with sand
A sand artist in China created this enchanting wintry scene.
Video filmed in the city of Haikou in Hainan Province in November shows a female artist named He Sudan using sand to create the art inspired by the Minor Snow time of year.
China Daily reports that the traditional Chinese solar calendar divides the year into 24 solar terms. Minor Snow, one of the solar terms, began this year on November 22 and ends on December 6. It refers top to the time when it starts to snow and temperatures drop.
According to reports, 34-year-old He has been working on creating sand paintings for around 20 years.
