Spilt hot water froze into powdery ice in northern China.

Video filmed in the city of Hulunbuir in Inner Mongolia on November 30 shows the water freezing into ice seconds after being poured out of a bottle onto an outdoor pipe.

In another clip, a man spills hot water from his cup into the air and the water freezes into powdery ice immediately.

According to reports, extreme cold weather occurred in Hulunbuir City and the temperature in Ergun City, a county-level city in Hulunbuir, reached -42.7 degrees Celsius.
