Three young girls stuck in an elevator for over 30 minutes attempted to pull open the doors.

Footage from Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, shows the lift's interior as the girls were seen panicking as they could not get out.

The girls were eventually rescued without any injuries. Their parents blamed the incident on poor maintenance of the lift. They also filed a police complaint.

In a scary incident, three young girls were seen stuck in a society elevator for over half an hour in northern India’s Uttar Pradesh.

The incident happened in Ghaziabad city on November 29.

The video footage of three panic-stricken girls went viral on the internet after they were seen stuck in an elevator of their society. The girls can be seen making an attempt to force open the lift. The parents and members of the residential complex blamed the poor maintenance of the lift as the cause of this incident.

The girls were safely rescued and no incident of any injury was reported. However, the parents filed a police complaint after which the police booked two men as per the FIR registered against them.
