Guilherme Santana, an artist, makes a sculpture of an ugly woman's face, keeping in mind that she is half alien and half human.

The face has big eyes with blue eyeballs, a big nose, and big lips.
Guilherme has also applied full makeup to her face and given her a flowery head.

Everything about the sculpture looks perfect and on point.

"While in quarantine, like many people, I had the time to stop and think about the direction of my life and how I could be happy," said Guilherme. "At that moment, I dipped into sculpture and decided to launch this project as a job. I created a brand called Grotesklay."

"To create Grotesklay, I made an alternate universe where aliens live on Earth and get integrated into society, procreating with humans—grotesque creatures that are half alien and half human.

"Some have three eyes but human skin; others appear to be humans but have a different skin color. But what makes them special are their defects, addictions, and weaknesses. We have mixed with each other, and our culture did it as well.

"I like to be inspired by everything that, at first sight, seems to be ugly or tacky and look for the beauty in it.

"Everything we've been told is beautiful is pretty boring to me, so ugly and funny is much more interesting!"
