Three siblings help little sister when heavy television set falls onto her
This is the heroic moment three siblings helped their little sister when she accidentally pulled over a television that pinned her to the ground.
The children were watching a movie together on a smartphone when their youngest tried to climb onto the TV. She pulled the set over and it crashed down, trapping her against the floor in their bedroom in Udon Thani province, Thailand on November 28.
Upon hearing the crashing sound, the quick-thinking youngsters sprung up from the mattress to pull the telly off the girl who was crying for help.
CCTV footage shows the children carrying the television back to its platform and saving the little girl, who was thankfully unhurt in the mishap.
Proud parent Chalermkiat Intra said: ‘Accidents are normal for kids at this age but I am thankful that they were alert and helpful.
‘They immediately knew what to do and prevented any serious harm from happening. It's also a warning for us to be more vigilant.'
The little girl was not seriously hurt but Chalermkiat said she is now afraid to go near the television.
She said: ‘I know she would be more careful around the appliances this time. It's a lesson learned.'
