Footage shows the chairs and tables set up at the unique eatery by the weir in Savannakhet Province on August 10.
Guests can order a variety of local seafood dishes while enjoying the view. Each table is also covered by a large umbrella to protect from the heat of the sun.
Tourist Siaksone Puttawongsa said: ‘There's also a boat with a restaurant but I think the tables by the dam are better if you are adventurous.'
