Footage has emerged of two minor earthquakes hitting northern China.

The main tremors struck parts of Hebei Province in the north, but could be felt in Changde, Beijing and Tianjin.

The footage, from a shop CCTV camera, shows people panicking and running out of the store.

No injuries have been reported, but some walls and houses were damaged.

On September 14, two earthquakes with magnitudes of 4.2 and 3.3 struck Changli Country, Qinhuangdao, Hebei. The earthquakes were felt in Chengde, and parts of Liaoning, Beijing and Tianjin.

Hebei Provincial Seismological Bureau immediately responded with earthquake emergency teams. The press has not yet received reports of casualties and property damage. The earthquakes delayed a number of trains on the Beijing-Harbin line.

In 1976, Changli experienced five aftershocks in the Tangshan earthquake.
Two earthquakes jolted Changli County in north China’s Hebei Province on Monday afternoon, according to local authorities.

A 4.2-magnitude earthquake struck the county at 18:10, followed by a 3.3-magnitude quake 13 minutes later.

　　河北省地震局消息，今天18时10分、23分，秦皇岛市昌黎县接连发生4.2级、3.3级有感地震。河北省地震局已经启动Ⅲ级地震应急响应，专家正在进行临时会商，分析地震形势。震区一些老旧房屋出现砖墙倒塌。目前还没有收到人员伤亡的报告。
