These mischievous 'spider kittens' wreaked havoc in their owner's home as they used a curtain as a makeshift bouldering wall.

Footage shows the adorable troublemakers clambering up the thin piece of cloth using their claws as exasperated fur mum Maricar Marquez looked on helplessly from her bedroom in Kawit town, Cavite province in the Philippines on December 4.

The playful felines carried on sinking their claws like hooks into the curtain, unmindful of their owner's pleas to stop.

A furstrated Maricar said: 'They always behave like this. They're like monkeys, especially Euro, the cream-coloured cat.

'He would just surprise me when he would go missing and I'd find him hanging by his claws on the curtain.'
