This mouth-watering video shows how a street vendor prepares the Instagram-famous rolled 'stir-fried' ice cream in Thailand.

The mix-ins are first placed onto the ice pan - a freezing stainless steel surface onto which the flavoured milk-based liquid is poured.

The vendor then works the mixture by repeatedly chopping and scraping the paste until it congeals. Once the liquid has turned into cream, it is then smeared across the metal plate in a single layer before being rolled up into cylinders.

The 'stir-fried' ice cream is placed into a container and topped with various add-ons like cornflakes, whipped cream, sprinkles, and chocolate syrup.

The frozen sweet treat is believed to have originated from Thailand, and is an amusing spin on a classic beloved dessert.
