Footage shows how delicious coconut jelly is made at a processing hub in Thailand.

The fresh coconuts are first washed, peeled, chopped, and cracked to extract the juices into one big pot. The liquid is then mixed with jello and brought to a boil.

While the juice is being heated, coconut meat is scraped out of the husks, which will later serve as the jelly containers.

Once the mixture is ready, it is poured over the white coconut flesh in the husk bowls and left to congeal in an ice bath.

The dessert is ready to eat after it has been refrigerated for one to two hours.
