To prevent crime in the city and bring traffic under control, now the police will protect and serve the public with the third eye in Kaithal city. Today, SP Maqsood Ahmed inaugurated the CCTV control room in the office premises of Superintendent of Police, Mini Secretariat and inspected the CCTV control system.Addressing the press conference, SP Maqsood Ahmed said that there was a great need for CCTV cameras in Kaithal city to prevent crime and control traffic smoothly, so the police in the first phase with the help of organizations 32 CCTV cameras have been installed at seven locations at a cost of about five lakhs.He told that 24-hour round the clock monitoring will be done in the CCTV control room to prevent crime in the city and to bring the traffic under control, he said that if any untoward incident happens at any place in the city, that The control room will immediately inform the police officers on their mobiles.The SP said that the people who break the traffic rules will also be monitored through these CCTV cameras and they will also be challaned. He said that soon in the second round, cameras will be installed at other main places of Kaithal city with the help of social organizations.
