A Thai tattoo artist claims a Covid-19 booster shot left her partially paralysed and blind.

Jaja Aleena Apaiborirat, 28, began making art with her left hand for a living after the right side of her body lost its movement in Chumphon province, southern Thailand.

Her aunt, Jim Laksana Apaiborirat, claimed that Jaja started suffering severe headaches shortly after receiving the controversial mRNA vaccine booster in February 2022.

Laksana said: ‘The left side of Jaja's body started to weaken after she received the booster. We took her to different hospitals but nobody seemed to know what was wrong with her.

'Finally, the doctor informed me that Jaja's symptoms indicated she had a stroke. In addition, the blood vessels in her neck were constricted, causing the blood to not circulate properly.

'She couldn't speak in the beginning, but now she's learned how to do things on her own and talk little by little. Her left eye, however, is completely blind.'

Laksana added: 'The doctors did not tell me that the cause was the vaccine, but I believe that it was caused it. Jaja was healthy and she exercised every day. She suddenly became sick after the vaccine.

'I never imagined anything like this happening to my family. Her first two doses were Sinopharm and then the booster was Pfizer.'

Jaja currently lives with Laksana, who helps her pay the bills and promotes her art business by posting her paintings on social media.

Meanwhile in the U.S., where mRNA vaccines were developed, pharmaceutical giants Pfizer and Moderna are launching clinical trials to track health issues in the years following a diagnosis of vaccine-associated heart problems in teenagers and young adults, according to NBC News.

A number of people have suffered from myocarditis, which NBC News reported was 'an infrequent but worrisome side effect of the mRNA Covid vaccines'.

The United States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has also said there have been 'rare' occurences of patients experiencing thrombosis with thrombocytopenia syndrome (TTS) after receiving the Johnson & Johnson vaccine, which does not use mRNA technology.

It said: 'Thrombosis with thrombocytopenia syndrome (TTS) after J&J/Janssen COVID-19 vaccination is rare and has occurred in approximately four cases per one million doses administered.

'A review of reports indicates a causal relationship between the J&J/Janssen COVID-19 vaccine and TTS.'

Thrombosis happens when blood clots and blocks veins or arteries, potentially leading to strokes or heart attacks.
