Russian missiles strike bus depot in Ukraine

On December 8, two Russian missiles struck a bus depot in the Ukrainian city of Mykolaiv, a region that was already suffering from power and water outages.

Russian troops have been shelling and bombing Mykolaiv, a port city in the South of Ukraine, for almost eight months and broke the water pipeline supplying the city with drinking water.

After the liberation of Kherson on November 11, the Russians had to retreat and could not target Mykolaiv as much. The massive strike on Ukrainian critical infrastructure left the country suffering from continuous blackouts.
