This is the heartwarming moment a group of friends and party-goers lift into the air a young man in a wheelchair at a rock concert in Malaysia.

Onlooker Nabil said: "We were watching the concert when he and his friends arrived. There were a lot of people but they assisted him to the mosh pit. When that song began, they were partying and were so excited. It was so awesome".

Nabil added that the other concertgoers who didn't know the lad in a wheelchair were carried away and helped lift him into the air.

He said: "The energy was so high. The next thing we knew, they were all helping lift him to the mosh pit. They made sure that he would enjoy himself at the concert like everyone else".

The footage was filmed during an indie music festival in Kuala Lumpur's Bukit Jalil Stadium on December 3.

He blended among the crowd but when their favourite band were playing, he went with the others into the mosh pit.

Footage shows the young man screaming as his friends, and other excited party-goers carried him into the air.
