Office TV screen shakes as earthquake hits Philippines

An office TV screen was seen shaking as a magnitude 5.6 earthquake hit the Philippines on Saturday morning.

Footage shows the appliance wobbling dangerously as the building in Davao City was rocked by the tremors on December 10.

The European-Mediterranean Seismological Centre (EMSC) reported that the quake hit the Mindanao region in the south of the country at at a depth of 60 km (37.28 miles).

It happened at 4:01 am local time, according to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHIVOLCS).
