A man is caught on CCTV appearing to assault a female driver during a row over a parking space in Tula, western Russia.

The footage, captured on December 6, begins with the man standing in front of an empty parking space waiting for his friend.

A motorist then proceeds to park in the spot but is stopped by the man. The driver eventually manages to drive past the man and into the space.

After waiting for the female driver to park and get out of her car, the man confronts her. The altercation quickly turns into a brawl in which the man appears to bash the woman's head on her vehicle.

A passerby saw the fight and intervened, separating the pair.

It has been reported that the woman later went to hospital and that a legal case began against the man.

In the video, a person, most likely waiting for someone, stands on the roadway and does not allow anyone to park. One woman still managed to put the car in a free place. The man did not like it, and he decided to figure it out - he went up to the motorist and tore off her hat. She responded with a blow, and the attacker was also left without a headdress.

The girl tried to defend herself from the blows of an adult large man, but he hit her head on the roof of the car. And all this happened in front of the child who was sitting in the car.

A passer-by intervened and dragged the man aside. Now the victim is in the hospital in the neurosurgical department. Immediately after the attack, the woman called the police, from which her offender tried to escape. The assailant is believed to have held a seat for the bailiff. He himself witnessed the massacre of his assistant over the woman after he parked the car in another place.

An administrative case has been initiated on this fact of beatings.
