Clashes between India and China along the Line of Actual Control sparked protests among the Muslim community in Prayagraj.

Yesterday (December 14), demonstrators burned pictures of President Xi Xinping and Chinese flags after 20 Indian soldiers were injured in violent confrontations with China's troops.

Border clashes between the two countries are intensifying. The Indian Army claimed that such incidents "are commonplace".

At least 20 Indian soldiers were injured in the clash with Chinese troops along the Line of Actual Control (LAC) in Arunachal Pradesh’s Tawang sector. This event caused anger in India and on Wednesday (December 13) members of Muslim organizations gathered near Mansarovar intersection in Prayagraj to burn the poster of the President and the flag of China.
