Milk stored in paint buckets is then poured onto the ice shards and flavoured with several spoonfuls of syrup.
Finally, a bucketful of cream soda syrup is stirred in, transforming the liquid from a snowy white to a radioactive green.
The beverage, locally known as 'iced orchid milk', is popular among the locals during the summer.
