A Burmese tea-stall owner in Yangon demonstrated the technique behind Myanmar's much-loved four-layered tea drink.

The milky marvel is made with black tea and three types of dairy.

Stall owner Ko Kyaw first poured half a glass of steaming black tea, before spooning in two big dollops of condensed milk, which sank to the bottom.

He then gently poured in some evaporated milk, letting it flow slowly down the side of the glass so that it sat above the condensed milk but below the tea.

Finally, he topped the drink with a generous serving of milk foam

The result was a sweet and creamy beverage with four layers of different colours.
