SUV barrels into fast food restaurant injuring four in the Philippines
This is the shocking moment an SUV ploughed into a fast food restaurant's glass wall and injured four people in the Philippines.
CCTV footage shows the vehicle crashing through the glass window, mowing down two pensioners sitting next to it in the eatery in Kalibo town, Aklan province, early morning on December 16.
The impact sent the elderly diners flying into the next table as shards were scattered everywhere.
Police did not name the 60-year-old driver, who allegedly lost control of the SUV while parking.
Four customers - one man, one female student, and two senior citizens - were injured.
Cops said the driver is currently in police custody and promised to shoulder the medical expenses and restaurant repairs.
