Local sources said that last night, the Israeli authorities opened rain water channels, which caused the flooding of dozens of homes and agricultural lands in the eastern Gaza Strip.
This step comes from the Israeli side, while the Gaza Strip is exposed to a new depression that brought with it heavy rains.
Local sources as saying that the rainwater that flowed after the opening of the passages behind the border fence flooded houses in the neighborhoods of Gaza City, Deir al-Balah, Zawaida, al-Bureij, and Nuseirat in the central Gaza Strip and areas east of Khan Yunis.
