Thousands of passengers are stranded in Maharlika Highway from Matnog Port, Bulan Town and in the Town of Irosin in the Province of Sorsogon, Philippines. Stranded passengers are going to Visayas area "Allen in Samar", the gateway going to Visayas and Mindanao.
Wave of people is hard to process due to shear line in Visaya and Northeast Monsoon in Luzon. It is also the reason why the Vessel traversing from Matnog Port to Allen Samar delayed trips.
Thousand of stranded have to celebrate Christmas on the national highway in Sorsogon.
