A sick man with COVID-19 jumped into cold water to save two children in northern China.

In the video filmed in Zhoukou, Henan province, two children fell into a puddle while playing on the ice, and one of them had his head under the water.

When Ms. Zhang saw them, she called out to her brother who was resting at home because he had COVID-19. Her brother immediately stepped on the cracked thin ice and jumped into the cold water to rescue the two children.

Fortunately, the rescue was quick, the man was fine and both children were ok.

The video was filmed on December 24 and provided by local media.
