Miniature artist from eastern India carves out unique design on New Year's Eve
The new year is kicking in and L Eswar Rao, a miniature artist from eastern India's Odisha carved out lead on a pencil to send his wishes to all.
Rao hails from the Jatni town in Khorda district on December 30.
Visuals showed him at work as he carefully used a small chisel to carve out the pencil and extract its lead. In the lead of the pencil, he carefully and delicately carved out the words, 'Happy New Year.' The design of his carving was very intricate and was done with utmost care, in two days.
The piece of lead on which he worked on, was eight inches in size. The lead remained attached to the pencil as he displayed his artwork. Through his creativity, he shared good wishes to everyone on New Year's Day.
