The video kicks off with a confident Nisha Anggun trying to set a new personal best by lifting a 45kg barbell.
She impressively gets it up to her shoulders. She then attempts to jerk it overhead and instantly regrets it, lets out a squeal, and falls backward on her butt.
"I was practicing my clean & jerks and failed my clean attempt at 45kg," Nisha said.
