This is the heartwarming moment a kind grandmother fed two hungry kids she saw begging for change at a fast food restaurant in the Philippines.

The unidentified pensioner found the starving youngsters while she and her family ate at a chicken place in Occidental Mindoro province on December 7.

But instead of giving them a few coins so they could move along, onlookers were touched when the elderly went the extra mile to take them to a table to order food for them.

Footage shows the old woman helping the kids take their seats. Another clip showed her serving the little girl and boy rice meals to enjoy.

Onlooker Leira Joyce Quilla said: 'I arrived at Jollibee around 2 pm when I saw them. The two kids entered the store and I witnessed the grandma's kindness.'

The two youngsters were then seen sharing the food given to them by the kind grandma.

Leira added that the store crew also helped the youngsters wash their hands before eating.

She said: 'The crew also assisted the boy and girl. I stayed there the whole time just watching them. I feel blessed to have witnessed such goodness. My heart felt happy at that moment.'
