A car carrying fireworks exploded in eastern China.

Video filmed in the city of Binzhou in Shandong Province on January 5 shows a car being engulfed by massive flames with fireworks shooting into the air.

Firefighters arrived and attempted to extinguish the blaze.

According to a witness, people in the car may have been selling fireworks in the vehicle before the incident happened.

The fire has been put out and no casualties were reported.

The video was provided by local media with permission.

1月5日晚，山东滨州中海天地桥附近，一辆载有烟花爆竹的轿车发生爆燃，烟花从车内蹿出，轿车被引燃。事发后，多辆消防车赶往扑救，火被扑灭轿车后已变得面目全非，只剩一片狼藉。
据现场目击者称，这辆车内人员事发前或在售卖烟花。有市民在晚上8点左右去时，事故尚未发生，但市民看到一些售卖烟花的商贩就像“打游击”一样，在躲避城管的执法。
6日，从滨州市应急局获悉，事故未造成人员伤亡。​
近日，滨州市政府官网发布的《滨州市烟花爆竹燃放管理办法》，《办法》充分考虑安全因素和传统习俗的需求，设置了两种情况：
一种是在部分重点区域全面禁止燃放，包括文物单位、交通枢纽、人员密集场所、医疗、教育、养老、公共文化、机关办公区等区域和易燃易爆、防火重点单位等等，这些区域全年禁止燃放烟花爆竹。
另一种是在滨州市主城区(东、西、南、北外环路以内)，县(市、区)城区建成区限制燃放，并且只在除夕至正月初五、正月十五可以燃放，其他时段不得燃放。
