That's a knife! Thug channels Crocodile Dundee and returns to brawl with 5ft SWORD
This is the terrifying moment a thug channeled Crocodile Dundee - producing a 5ft long SWORD.
Meng Sokheng, 22, had an argument with neighbors during the New Year holiday in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, on January 2.
He claims they taunted him so he returned with an 18-inch long blade engraved with dragons mounted on top of a 4ft long steel pole.
CCTV footage shows how the young man and his two friends, Rumly Sainy and Rumly Soksan, attacked the family before a woman wearing pink pyjamas arrived and frantically pulled the sword away.
Police arrested Meng the next day and he claimed that the family at the shop had been 'rude to him'.
He said: 'The man started it. He was yelling and he threatened to cut me. So I came back with a bigger knife to scare him. I brought my two brothers along with me.
'I didn't use the sword. It was just to scare them.'
The weapon used in the attack - a sword hybrid with a blade attached to the end of a long pole, along with the steel rod - was seized by police.
The alleged attackers where held in custody during legal proceedings.
The residents in the video, identified as Det Panha, Lem Sokpanha, Ren Sela, Bien Sreychhay, and Bol Sokthieng, have been interviewed by the police.
Phnom Penh Municipal Police spokesman Colonel San Sok Seiha said: ‘We investigated the incident after the video was posted online. We arrested the three men after positive identification.'
The bizarre situation mirrors the hit 1986 movie in which the Aussie croc hunter was being mugged. He replied 'That's Not A Knife. That's a knife' before producing a long machete.
