Lads struggle to retrieve football stuck under bank in snake-infested river
This is the amusing moment three lads struggled to retrieve a ball stuck under the banks of a snake-infested river in Malaysia.
Footage shows a youngster reaching down the body of water while his friends pulled each of his legs to keep him from falling in Perak on November 26.
Another lad was at the other side of the creek shouting instructions at the trio as they struggled to pull the ball.
In the end, one of the boys decided to jump into the water and threw the ball at his friend.
Youngster Ashraf Wajdi said: ‘We needed to save the ball first because we were playing a game.
‘And another thing, we couldn't leave it there and pollute the river.'
The young lads reached home safely and did not see snakes around the river.
