UK gas prices forecast to drop as two gas ships seen off Kent
HSBC is predicting a significant fall in gas prices, largely due to a mild winter weather across Europe.
Two gas ships were seen topping-up the UK's gas storage this afternoon (January 13) at National Grid's Grain LNG facility - Europe's largest LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas) importation and storage terminal.
Red hulled vessel Rias Baixas Knutsen was joined by dark-hulled vessel Sonangol Benguela which arrived this afternoon.
The terminal has been very busy over recent months with two gas supply ships being a regular occurrence.
