A BMX Rider found a shopping cart that was left at a skatepark and put it near a ramp with the goal of foot jamming it. A foot jam is where you balance on your front tyre with one foot, then jump off back into the ramp.
His attempt was successful. The significance of this trick is how scary it is to balance your front tyre on the flimsy metallic shopping cart where you risk slipping.
