Young men riding bikes attack a black cab and harass its driver in London's Oxford street today (January 14). The driver was carrying a passenger at the time of the incident.

The footage shows several young people, some of them with balaclavas or wearing hoodies, surrounding a taxi. One of them can be seen kicking the vehicle.

At one point, another young man stops a second cab and talks to the driver.

"I witnessed them kicking and punching the taxi for no apparent reason", said the filmer of this clip. "Onlookers were shocked by this behaviour".

Both the driver and members of the public called the police. The filmer said that officers never showed up.
